What we collect

We collect the information you give us: your name, email, phone, city, the answers in your intake, documents you upload, your Academy progress, and the messages you send. We also record basic activity such as pages viewed while signed in, so that Rhonda and SwadeSpace staff can support your file.

How we use it

Your information is used to guide you, to prepare and review your readiness, to answer your questions, and to keep an accurate record of your file. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

RhoWatt Space is a subsidiary of SwadeSpace. SwadeSpace is the system of record for the program, so your application, readiness materials and progress are shared with SwadeSpace and, where a pathway requires it, with Copernic Space and applicable independent reviewers.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your information, ask for corrections, or ask us to close your account and delete your file, except where we must retain records for legal or program-audit reasons. Write to us from the Contact page to make a request.

Security

Accounts are protected by email authentication. Access to member records is restricted by role, and every administrative action on a member record is written to an audit log.
